Our pivot booms are galvanized (blue passivated Chrome III). Various different lengths and designs are available. Optionally we offer a special mounting kit for parallel guiding of two pivot booms. Other designs and dimensions are available on request.

Optima manufactures a wide range of swivel fittings for use in both hydraulic and industrial applications. Swivel fittings are designed to be installed between a hose assembly and a rigid component of a machine, allowing and compensating for occasional rotations.

Optima manufactures a wide range of swivel fittings for use in both hydraulic and industrial applications. Swivel fittings are designed to be installed between a hose assembly and a rigid component of a machine, allowing and compensating for occasional rotations. The movement of the handle on its axis prevents damage to the hose. They are used in every production sector where there are vehicles, equipment or plants where flexible hoses move. These swivel fittings are also available in stainless steel AISI 316; they are black-matt due to a special nitrocarburizing process. This basic treatment is done to avoid the particularly high risk of jamming between the shank and the body during rotation and to extend the life of the rotary coupler. As a result, it is important to note that stainless steel fasteners have lower working pressures compared to standard fasteners.

We manufacture hydraulic oil tanks for various applications. The tanks can be made of different materials such as aluminum, steel or chrome-stainless steel and in different sizes. All hydraulic oil tanks can be equipped with a filling and vent filter, level gauge with thermometer, return filter, or other extras according to your request. For most applications, it is recommended to additionally coat the tank with an oil-resistant primer. Whether for special or standard applications, we will be happy to advise you on putting together your suitable design.
